I personally lost 8.5lbs with Clean 9

Like many people those extra pounds had crept on and stayed on. I wanted to lose them but didn't feel I had the willpower to go on a diet. Then two things happened - firstly a gentleman purchased the Clean 9 pack and I was able to see how he progressed.

Secondly Forever Living launched the Nutri-Lean website which is full of information on how to acheive and maintain a healthier diet and lifestyle. I especially liked that there was a section on mainting your weight.

I found day 2 the hardest but can honestly say that I didn't feel hungry throughout the 9 day plan and was delighted to have a weight loss of 8.5lbs at the end of it.

I continued on stage 2 of the Nutri-Lean and lost a further 9lbs, which I am very happy with.
